Woolworths - helping secure planning approvals for the Kangaroo Point mixed-use proposal
As part of a project team, we supported Woolworths’ mixed-use development proposal to deliver a new supermarket and apartments into Kangaroo Point.
We provided communications and stakeholder engagement services which helped the project achieve Council approvals.
Through in-person engagement and genuine two-way communication, we helped build strong support within the community.
Noosa Council – helping to capitalise infrastructure projects for community benefit
Like many small Councils with capital constraints, Noosa seeks the support of the State and Commonwealth to help co-fund vital community infrastructure.
Over many years, we have supported Noosa Council to secure Government funding, including for recreational infrastructure. Our services include business cases and social return on investment analysis to appeal to government audiences. We also advised Council about projects from the perspective of the community through engagement and public safety.
Council personnel regularly commend our coordination and development of the many disparate elements that comprise competitive government funding applications.
Johnathan Thurston Academy – ‘JTBelieve’ program evaluation
With the support of the Commonwealth Government, the Johnathan Thurston Academy delivers school-based programs to help motivate student attendance in remote Queensland Aboriginal communities.
The fundamental principle is that kids can ‘dream big,’ aspire to success, and believe in themselves. To help verify the value of Commonwealth Government investment, we evaluated all aspects of the pilot programs in Cape York and Yarrabah.
Through culturally sensitive engagement, discussions, and observations, we built a strong evidence base for ongoing Commonwealth Government funding.
Toll Aeromedical – helping Toll secure the largest aeromedical retrieval contract in Australia
Working within an expert tendering team, we provided tendering strategy advice, impactful messaging, and influential drafting services to help Toll secure the NSW and ACT aeromedical contracts.
We were a key part of the project team over many months leading into the submission, along with the ‘Best and Final Offer’ and negotiation phases. Toll’s proposal was successful, with helicopter retrieval and transport missions taking place across NSW and ACT every day.
